Coconut Chia Pudding Pod
This chia pudding made with coconut yoghurt is deliciously creamy and it's fast and easy to make. You can vary the recipe with different flavour & fruit additions. I've pureed mango here and topped with apricot. Chia seeds are high in antioxidants, fibre, minerals and omega-3. It's a great food sensitivity option as it can be adapted for vegan (coconut yoghurt, oat milk, maple) It's also a grain free breakfast or snack option.
