Coconut Chia Pudding Pod

Ingredients
1/3 cup chia seeds (white or black)
1/2 cup boiled hot water
1 -2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1 tsp vanilla
pinch of sea salt
1 Cup Yoghurt (Coconut or plain greek)
1 Cup Milk (almond, coconut, soy, oat or diary)
Step 1
In a heat proof bowl, mix chia seeds and hot water. Allow the chia to sit for 5 minutes to hydrate the seeds.
Step 2
Stir in the vanilla, sweetener and pinch of salt
Step 3
Add your yoghurt and milk. Whisk to combine to eliminate any clumping. Let it sit for a bit, then whisk again.
Step 4
Pour into small glasses, jars or keep in the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Overnight is best.
Step 5
To serve, add your flavours and fruits.
