The Spring Equinox retreat is designed to support you, body and mind, by offering wholesome Ayurvedic inspired recipes, Spring Yoga and encourages you to prioritise your self care rituals.

 

An opportunity to take a mindful weekend pause. Create some space for yourself to rest your senses, boost your digestion and move your body.  

 

According to Ayurveda, the junctures of the seasons are crucial times for keeping your body aligned with natures rhythms. The spring equinox pinpoints the transition from winter to spring signalling a time to lighten up our bodies as the days start to get longer.

Spring is Kapha Season which illuminates the qualities of Earth and Water - a heavier, denser, thicker and oilier energy to our environment and our bodies.  In order to balance these tendencies, we can observe practices that revive, lighten, remove and refresh. It’s the perfect time to tend to ourselves with a gentle cleanse. Allowing your body to release what it doesn’t need for the brighter, lighter days ahead. ​This weekend retreat encourages you to gather fresh and seasonal produce, nourish yourself with wholesome food, move & rest your body equally.
