If you're committed to getting the most out of this weekend re-set, try and clear your diary, let people know you’re taking some time for yourself to restore this weekend. Consider taking a break from any social media habits that are not serving you. Perhaps book a massage for the weekend or have some spa products ready to go if you plan to have a relaxing bath. Choose activities that allow you to feel great. As the days grow longer and lighter, find some time to get outside. Hike, walk, take the long way home. Do things that bring you joy.
