Spring Greens wrap with Green Goddess Dressing

Ingredients

1 Spinach tortilla (warmed wrap)

2 tbsp Green Goddess dressing

1/2 cup of spinach

1/4 cup of alfalfa microgreens

1/2 avocado (sliced)

2-4 Cucumber sliced lengthways


Green Goddess Dressing

1/2 cup of your choice of mayo

1/2 cup of greek yoghurt

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1/2 cup cilantro

1/2 cup parsley

1/4 cup dill

1 green onion

3-4 garlic cloves

2 tbsp chives

1/2 - 1 jalapeno

1 lemon juiced

Preparation

Heat your tortilla in the microwave or on the stove. 

Layer your wrap with some green goddess dressing

Add the rest of the ingredients and wrap it up. 


For the Green Goddess Dressing

all ingredients into your blender. store in the fridge for up to one week.
